Leech % works with poison?

Does the Stat Leech % physical damage leech as life/mana work with the poison dots or is it just the impact dmg from the arrow itself ?

No, leech only works on Hits. Damage over time does not leech anything. Also, with the exception of certain uniques, leech only restores to you when you are the one who makes the hits. Traps and mines will not leech at all. Totems and minions will leech to themselves.
