Magma Barrier skill does not work with duration or cooldown modifiers

The spirit gem skill Magma Barrier does not appear to benefit from increased skill duration or cooldown recovery rate modifiers. The skill even lets you slot in support gems that modify duration. I would expect that the Magma Infusion window would be longer with skill duration, and recovery time shorter with increased cooldown recovery.

It also does not work with the Shield Charge skill. I poured BBQ sauce into my eyes, and I saw it. You want to know what I saw? Do you really, truly want to know...? I saw the true face of God, Exile. And it was vaaled... IT WAS VAALED.
