Simulacrum Splinters stack bug
  Simulacrum Splinter + Atlas skill Would you like to see my face? = you will get 2 simulacrum splinter. it's equal 1 + 100% = 2. But why i'm stacking simulacrum splinter 100% with tablet and distilled + Atlas skill Would you like to see my face?. it's still 2 simulacrum splinters? Running into this too. Putting the distilled that increases splinter stack size has no effect.
