Serpent's Lesson Tonal Focus and Infernal flame interaction?

I was doing some testing with Serpent's Lesson: Tonal Focus on an Infernalist while using Pyromantic Pact as an Ascension node.

I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding something, but when pressing "C," the game indicates that you have 0 mana.


Here's the issue: Serpent's Lesson: Tonal Focus is supposed to make you count as "low life" when you have 35% or less of your maximum mana. This raises an interesting question—does 35% of 0 count as less than 0? While mathematicians might debate that, I think it would be a cool interaction if this item’s passive triggered when you have 0/0 mana, allowing low-life effects to apply with it.
