Bug with From Nothing Diamond unique jewel

I use the From Nothing Diamond which affects Whisper of Doom passive.

I noted that nodes that give +5 attributes of choice do not work if they are within the radius of effect of the Whisper of Doom passive.

At the moment I am losing ¬10 attributes bc of this.

I have not tested with other From Nothing Diamond but suspect the same issue as I noted some streamers have similar issues.

is your stuck in your passive tree too? coz mine is. i cant get off my passive tree . btw mine is Chaos Inoculation. and it wont let me add points to it. prolly bugged! :/

Same here, allocated nodes with attributes in radius of jewel "from nothing", gain nothing

The same is happening with me. Also, inside the Controlled Metamorphosis ring the same happens also.

For both of these jewels, it is killing the +5 attribute for each node which the jewels detect.
