Cannot access ziggurat refuge/end game content.

Killed doryani and went back to the camp. Spoke with him and nothing happened. No end game scene and no access to end game. Cannot map from my hideout and I’m basically cut off from the rest of the game content. I’m on Xbox if that helps but can’t find any resolution anywhere.

Try opening a map (just any map, even T1) from Ziggurat Refugee, compete it and try using map device in hideout.
