Crux of Nothingness - Boss stuck on platform

Was killing boss and got to the maze phase. After completing the maze was teleported back to arena. The Boss does not spawn and is stuck on top of the platform.

Having this same issue right now. Tried logging off and switching characters. Still stuck. Feels really bad to lose the crux because of a bug. Also, both my characters are now locked in the arena. Feels extra bad, man.
