Shock buildup not working.

Good day. I got a problem. But maybe im new and dont know something. But its better to ask then not do so.

I play as a shock mage. 86 lvl and most common stormweaver build.
It means i got alot boueses for shock chance. Around 2 days before update i noticed that my hero is not shocking anyone. Shock buildup icon not showing on any mobs anymore. Any oter debuffs working as in shoudld be. And stun buildup bar started working better than before. But i dont have any items or skills that convert shock effect into stun. (I doubt they are exist)
Is it bug or i dont know something?

Same problem, the shock just disappeared while the frost remained. Did you get the problem solved?

have you changed any support gems? There are some that say "cannot shock". There are also some that consume ailments
