Damage going through ES and Mind Over Matter.

I have CI allocated with Mind Over Matter. While mapping at Seepage something oneshot me that went through both my ES and Mana. Don't know how to replicate it but it has happened multiple times.

It has happened to me 4 times aswell. 2 times in lvl 80 Trials of Chaos (seemingly at random, not in boss encounters or with specific mods enabled) and 2 times in lvl 15/16 maps.
I was considering going for lvl 100, but with all the random exp-loss due to this bug, it has really sapped my motivation |
