Missing Skill Points

all icons on the map that show where skill points are greyed out, yet i am missing skill points, and ive checked every skill point icon to see if i missed any of them, and i havent received my 24th skill point, and am still at 22/24. not sure how to fix

Im level 94, completed all Quests but only +20 Skillpoints of 24 - 4 missing Skill points - . Please fix ggg

Solved: Missed some bosses (interlute & Heard offering)

I have the same issue with a warrior / Titan I just created.

Leveled the character to 90 and all quest trackers on the map show completed for the skill points but I am stuck at 22/24

I have even went back and re-killed every single mob that provides a book drop etc. just incase it was something that I failed to pickup / use etc. but no luck.

GGG Please help!
