Citadel Map Failed Issue

It's been awhile that some players experiencing completed the Citadel but was saide it's FAILED. Please fix this bug because this is not only me facing this. The consequence is we lost the link to other maps through the Citadel and it's very unfair to players that clear the whole map but "Map completed" is not there!

Same thing... killed all the rares, killed all the enemies also, killed the boss, got the fragment. Then i closed the game and the day after it says "map failed"

Still a bug. Also, I noticed that when I was in my hideout it said 'map in progress', but as soon as I went back through the portal it was 'map failed'.

Please fix this. Not being able to progress through the citadel to other locations messes up the mapping experience.
