Invisible rare delirium minions

Got ambushed by completely invisible Malice enemies from delirium, i could target them with aoe spells and see under my cursor that enemy is here by hp bar on top of the screen and getting hit animations, but they would keep reviving while being invisible as well.

People reported simular issue before on december 8, but my situation is a bit different to what they reported.
