Finisher effects don't work 99% of the time.

I currently have 2 of them. The purifier's sword effect, and karui totem caller.

I haven't been able to get the sword effect to work ever basically. THe Karui totem will work some of the time, then go back to being broken.

I've tried relogging, turning off loot filters then switching, etc. There's no consistency on getting anything to work.

I'm not sure what the deal is, but this is a lot of money for MTXs that don't do anything.

Having the same issue, rare finishers almost never work for me while uniques always proc.
