Entrance bugs preventing progression

I am currently in Act 3 of "Cruel." My character is named "i_rot," and my account is "bad_name_bartending." I play on PS5. I completed the Apex with a group, and they turned in the quest to enter the Temple of Kopec. My team made it in with the NPC, but when I got down the stairs, there was no X button to enter, even though the entrance was open. My quest log states that I need to enter the temple.

I cannot warp inside the temple through a party member, and when I try to use a teleport to the Temple of Kopec, it tells me I don't have the required quest state. I am stuck in town and cannot progress.

This has also happened to me in the hunting grounds with another character.

If the entrances would just stay open I wouldn't have an issue.

Yep! Im having the same issue, Im stuck story wise until they open the door. Before I restarted my game, the text box was available to be clicked, but it did say "You do not have the require quest state" before googling the issue, and deciding to restart.

Hopefully we can get this resolved relatively quickly. My Character is named "Astra_Reaper" and my steam is "Astra", please let me know if I can do anything to fix this myself <3
