GAME CRASH ON ARBITER OF ASH LOST EVERYTHING POE2

My game crashed (as it often does) during the Arbiter of Ash boss fight.

It was on my first try. When I returned, I was not able to get in. I have lost the fragments, 3 divine-worth items.

I am sad I am furios.

Yeah crashes have been a pain in the ass since the launch. Hope they recompensate your losses :/

In no way shape nor form will GGG compensate anything due to their reasons.


First hand experience, they will not compensate..

also due to crashes people in hardcore lost their characters and everything, so if they dont compensate them, why would we in Softcore be compensated?

Just happened to me as well. As soon as I saw the Arbiter's healthbar, it crased. It was my first fight too, extremely discouraging.

Reason number #1 why this is unplayable.

It sometimes happens in poE1, but very rarely you lose whole instance. Just one portal. And access to bosses is relatively easy if instance crash happens.

THis isn't even in GGG's control in some cases. The main reason why it happens it's whenconnectivity of network is compromized. Which is partially in ISP domain, partially Tencent, prartially is just "Internet is unreliable" reality.

This just happened to me as well. Please fix.

My guild tried twice with 5 players, we lost two instances. This is absolutely unacceptable. How much currency and time was wasted trying to earn some atlas points honestly, GGG. this is busted and really not cool.

happens to me now, hate this game and this company.
