Citadel Unreachable

Atlas State unobtainable
Cannot access maps on Atlas
Have Image to explain.

Basically spent several days to reach 1 citadel and now finally exploring every possible outcome, I realized it is unreachable.

Its also a Copper Citadel.

Same problem here, but was The Iron Citadel...
I Spent so much time to find one citadel, but when a found this one, i couldn't reach it...

same problem here, with a copper citadel... very frustrating putting 2 days mapping efforts to go and do it and not finding a link to the area is horrible.
