How do I recover energy shield when I have Chaos Inoculation passive?

Hi guys, apart from using Life Flasks, nothing else seem to recover energy shield when I have CI and Eternal Youth on.

Are there actually methods to recover ES?

Recharge is, by far, the principal method of ES recovery for most players.

In allocating Eternal Youth, you have removed recharge from ES, and applied it to Life; In selecting CI, you have reduced your life to total to 1, rendering the recharge mechanic non-functional.

Maybe you intended to allocate Zealot's Oath, instead of Eternal Youth?

I see, thanks for the reply. I guess I was under the misconception that ES can still recharge itself if I chose Eternal Youth.

I also randomly read there are ways to leech energy shield from damage dealt, but I suppose that might be POE 1 and is not available in POE 2.

I am an Invoker. I guess it makes no sense for me to use Chaos Inoculation then. Feels dangerous.

There are also gems and jewels that are helping with that.

Grim feast helps a bit, but increased flask effect and life flasks are the best way

ehm, wait? xD

faster start recovery spam from 4sec to 0,4 sec
you don't need pots you will start recover before next attack of boss hits you lol

Eternal youth and CI is a pretty good combo for hybrid builds that can't spare points into ES recharge rate.

When i was playing Eternal Youth on my CI i was using Life Flask + Grim Feast . But as soon as i had the spare points to get Meditate i removed Eternal Youth ( both aren't compatible ) and then Grim Feast ( redundant with Meditate ) .

Hmmm I wonder if Meditate can Overcharge Life if you pick Eternal Youth but not CI , never tested that ...

Anyway be mindful though about this : you can use Mana Flask that remove Life when using CI + Eternal Youth , they won't harm you . But as soon as you remove Eternal Youth using those Flask will insta-kill you .
