Omen of Resurgence BUG

Omen of Resurgence active in inventory yet upon reaching critical health, does not heal or consume item. Died in T16 waystone and spawn in my hideout, Omen still active in inventory..

Twice this happened.

Lose hours worth of XP to this bug.

I have a question.

How do you know you reached "critical" health?
I mean, the omen itself does not protect from killing blows.

How do you know, that you ever was low life?

Because obviously "active in inventory" means nothing, if you got one-tapped when above low life.

(I am saying this, because I play with this omen, and it works well for me.)

I agree its broken.

I was knocked down to 10% of my health doing a breach stone, and it did not activate, Is it possible that it does not work right with CI?
Thanks for your report, Omen of Resurgence will not work with Chaos Inoculation.

Omen of Resurgence triggers when you reach Low Life which is 35% of your Maximum Life.

Only 1 Omen can be triggered through combat in each instance.
in some case it doesnt work
example: a white monster in breach channel a purple beam from 2 screen away,
i see my 8000 energy shield gradually melt then my 1500 life melt in 0.3 second
omen doesnt doesnt trigger + you die in a very very frustrating way

I believe that's a design bug, there is no reason to allow players to activate more than one omen. It makes the implementation work more complicate and make players more confuse with no benefit.
