Ancient Aegis not working

Ancient Aegis is not giving the bonuses when using an anointed amulet or selecting the passive on the tree. I've tried all types of body armor and shield/focus to see if it was just some items. I even switched from my Ranger to Witch to check if it was only my Ranger.

I tried to search for this bug and the only things I was able to find was in mid-December before the recent patch. The patch notes for the recent patch does say they fixed a bug in Ancient Aegis but it still doesn't work for me. I've seen other content creators showing it working on their builds.

Is it working for anyone else? or is this a known bug that I wasn't able to find any recent things online about it?

i get the ES buff with ancient aegis anointed on amulet but i don't get the spirit buff from increased body armour ES from "Lead me through Grace"
