Savannah FPS issue.

It's pretty damn bad... FPS drops from 80-100 to 20 without even moving in Savannah. As soon as I start moving or killing mobs it just gets worse. I'm not on the best PC but also not the worst. When I watch CPU/GPU/RAM/SSD usage, nothing is going over 60% so I'm only left to think that it's the game being poorly optimized.

PC Specs:
CPU: i7 10700k
GPU: Asus ROG Strix 3080 12GB
RAM: 32GB 3200Mhz
SSD: Samsung 970 M.2
