Game Stops After Loading Screen

The loading screen takes a very long time, and after that loading screen finishes, the game freezes (but I can still open and close in-game tabs. I mean, only the character freezes). Additionally, other players appear to be frozen as well. (Note: I can still see tiny, little movements from time to time). The problem can be temporarily resolved by logging out and then logging back in from the login screen without completely exiting the game. I've tried quite a few things to fix the game freezing after the loading screen. (Everything freeze but I can still access the in-game tabs.) ( Server also stops) I have 180 hours and this is annoying. Game nearly unplayble.
