PROBLEM: Respecializing an attribute on the passive tree isn't yielding requirement-warnings

Note that I do not mean deallocating. Deallocation works fine; respecialization doesn't.

This has to be the source of a lot of grief. Not for me, because I've learned how it works, but imagine running out of gold and seeing that your gear doesn't work - downright ragequit material.
