I've run into an issue where I've completed a map node, but when I've returned to the Atlas, it shows the node as still, "In Progress." I've left the map and returned, ensuring all monsters and bosses were killed and the issue persisted.

Update:

I moved on the an adjacent node and completed that one. When I returned to the Atlas, the map of issue was showing "Completed." Not sure what the issue was.
