loot not appearing

I cleared 2 maps, defeated 2 map bosses and several rare mobs any loot that dropped wasn't able to be picked up even tho i could see it on the floor physically there was nothing i could do to pick any of it up. Im playing on pc with a controller.

You're probably getting the disappearing loot problem. Seems like games played with controllers, loot disappears after just a few seconds once it's available to pick up. I've also noticed if your inventory is full when you try and pick something up, when it drops to the ground, it is immediately unavailable to pickup again i.e. "disappeared". You can actually see the loot on the ground, it's just not interactive any more.
