Out-regenning Demon Form's 5% life loss keeps you 1 hitpoint under maximum

This causes issues with for e.g. things that should be off at full life, such as The Black Doubt's mana degen. (To be clear, I have more than 5% life regen aside from The Black Doubt.)

This was solved in PoE for Blood Rage for example. I think the same solve needs to be replicated here.
