Buffs not working after 0.1.1c

I'm currently playing a Sorceress and working on my tier 10+ maps in endgame. Last night I noticed in the middle of a run it was taking forever to kill anything. I had gone from about 12000 sheet dps down to 1600. Archmage buff was active but not working. I tried quitting game, switching servers, removing skill gem and reapplying, etc, nothing worked. Today I tried several other buffs: Arctic armor, Raging Spirits, Mana Remnants and none of those work either. They reserve spirit and show as being on but don't do anything in game. Any ideas on how to fix would be welcome.
