Valley of the Titans Relic Bug

While attempting to place the relics into the medallion at the Valley of the titans, I was not able to place the relics. When I interact with the medallion, it brings up the placement box, but if I move my mouse away from the medallion interaction the box disappears. If I am holding an item such as a relic it won't recognize me interacting with the medallion at all.
