Stat visual bug in passive window and Infernal Hound not spawning, console

As title says, after the newest patch (ps5) my stats show the wrong numbers while viewing the passive skill tree. My wife is also playing on console, same visual bug, and also has another bug with her Witch where the Infernal Hound minion does not spawn at all.

same... last i looked my hound spawns, but the stats are mixed up in the passives page
