Controller input breaks 16:10 aspect ratio on PC as of patch 0.1.1c

On PC as soon as controller input is detected the game switches from 16:10 to 16:9 and shows black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. As soon as you switch back to keyboard and mouse the game goes back to 16:10 and the black bars disappear. Switching back to controller and the issue comes back
