Atlas points aren't working after new patch

I have noticed that after latest patch my key atlas points stopped working.
1. I am using point that all maps with bosses are irradiated. Maps on atlas are showing as irradiated correctly, but when you try to enter them irradiation is gone (see screenshot below). After entering the map you can see that map in fact is not irradiated (lower monster level).

2. I am using point that I should always get 4 rituals, now I am getting 3 rituals.

I had the same problem. I removed all the points from ritual, breach, boss atlas tree, and awarded them again.
It working after that.

edit: resetting atlas tree doesn't seem to help :(
