Items dropping with problem

hey guys,

I'm having problems with the game Path of Exile 2 - which from yesterday until today I've tried to solve in several ways.

It turns out that all items that fall from enemies disappear, preventing me from picking them up.

I already uninstalled filters, but it still remains. is there any solution?
