Temporal Debuff Lingering

Enimies with the Temporal bubble mod increases my Grenade cooldown ( i assume as intended) the problem is the Debuff lingers forever UNLESS i remove my gem and resocket it. most recent test my cool down was stuck at 4 secs after the monster the died. waited for all my grenades to recharge and the cooldown was still at 4 secs, removed gem & supports and placed back cooldown is now 2.08.
