Game crashed - Steam wants to reinstall POE2

Game crashes, requiring reinstallation despite being installed.

This bug has occurred twice. After the game crashes, Steam requires me to reinstall the game even though it is already installed.

I attempted to fix the problem using a guides on youtube, but this only made things worse, forcing me to completely reinstall the game. This was a very time-consuming process :)

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?
