Reforging bench missing

My reforging bench went missing after death of hardcore, and i cant get it back, quest wont show up.

I have a different cause, but same situation.

Left in a constellation where reforging bench is wiped, without a noticeable way of getting it back.

How i got here? Did reforging bench quest in ssf league, switched leagues after a while, reforging bench gone.

Reforging bench and salvage bench went missing after migrating from ssf to trade league.

I was able to obtain salvage bench by getting the blacksmith item in act 1 but molten core boss doesn't drop the hammer so I cannot get the reforging bench.

I'm having the same issue, I died in Hc, I was able to do the Act 1 quest to obtain the salvage bench, but the molten boss won't drop the hammer again in both difficulties

Same here. Both salvage and reforge bench gone going hc -> sc. Got salvage bench back with quest in A1, but none of the quests in normal or cruel A3 gave me reforge bench.

Migrated from SSF to standard, reforge missing while the combinator is visible in hideout stash, can't place it on the ground.
