Lost Up Key Bind to Portal on all Characters and Cant Rebind

Many players lost their Portal bind (dpad up) from the recent patch, but you should be able to rebind it just like any other skill.


Open Skills and press X for Skill Rebind screen
or Hold inventory button to obtain the radial menu and select Rebind Skills option at the bottom.

press X on the desired skill slot (e.g. DPAD UP) and select the blue oval Portal skill from the list of available skills.

I rebound it for controller on PC this way and it reportedly works fine for console.
