Bluescreen whilst alt tabbing

This has only started recently for me, after patch 0.1.1c.Its only happened twice so far and doesnt happen with every alt tab. so far has been when alt tabbing to firefox whilst its playing a video.
Temperatures are fine and well under thermal throttling when playing, Also have used DLSStweaker to update to dlss 4, using controller to play.

Ran SFC, chkdsk and windows memory diagnostics and all came back clear, also ran ddu and reinstalled with nvcleanstall just incase it couldve been drivers

from the amount i could understand of the dumpfiles it seems "ntoskrnl.exe" caused the bsods i have experienced, with these error codes: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.

Doubt its a system wide issue as this is the first bsod ive had in months and has been semi-repeatable. no other game has caused a similar issue thus far.

I play in windowed borderless on Dx12, with 3 monitors (only 2 in use) one 1440, 120hz and the other 4k 120hz. I play on the 4k monitor and firefox is usually open on the other.
If theres anything else I need to provide like dumpfiles to help just let me know

edit: just had another bsod with a similar situation (poe2 running, crashed when multitasking with firefox) and ive had a new error from event viewer which happened just before the bsod "Removal of device node 'HID\{00001124-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&0002054c_PID&0ce6\9&35e382f5&7&0000' failed with error code 0xE000020B." Could this mean my controller is causing or contributing?
