Bug - Physical Speel Modifiers do not apply to minion gems

Unsure if this is a bug or not, but since minion gems are marked physical It would be expected to be influenced by item skills such as + X to level of physical spells, either verify those apply properly or change the gem descriptions.

In PoE2 skills that create minions are not spells.
