crossbow does not shoot but it reloads

Hi together,
I have the following bug even after restarting the game multiple times. I can onlty reload my corssbow but it does not shot any bolts. Grenades are completly fine, no idea why. I already tried multiple keyybinds and went back to default.

It does not work with fragmentation rounds or with normal bolts or with explosive shot.
