Ice tomb doesnt work(unless im a window licker)

Title says it all. I thought I was a genius and had a beautiful idea for a build... I purchased this wonderful unique to fuel this idea and give the denizens of the map device my justice.

However, upon equipping this wonderful item, I instead was the receiver of the LONGGGGGGG DICK of a bug. I think.

Synopsis:

Chest no worky
Special Effect never freezes (unless im being HIT wrong?)
I could be dumb
I dont think im dumb
plz halp fix so I can be happy
