Chaotic Freeze does not work if it was spread from a contagion.

To be clear the support works if you add it directly to contagion, the issue seems to be when you add it to another chaos dot spell, like Essence Drain.

So when the essence drain is reapplied via the Contagion spell, the new monsters nearby are not getting freeze buildup.
It's a bug, Hopefully.
