Trial of Sekhemas Visual Bug

I used to get a Pop-Up Notification that would let me know what affliction or boon was applied to my character after each room/phase now I only hear the sound and nothing shows up in my screen so I have to always take my mouse to the affliction/boons list and read all to understand that, it's very annoying and time wasting and I believe it started to happen since last 200mb patch.
