How has King in the Mists not been even addressed?

I can find DOZENS of pages about the King Mists fight being bugged with him getting stuck on ramp and being invulnerable/not active. My brother just found his first Audience after insane hours of grinding and the boss is stuck on the map and unable to be fought. This is insane, how has this not even be addressed ?? I have looked through every thread and I cant find even a single response to any of this. It isnt listed in known bugs effect. This is ...really bad. Its such a high cost/high rarity item and it hasnt even been addressed. This is not like GGG...

They had to do some insane finagling, they used Ice Wall reactivate him in some way. he was still stuck in the ramp, but he went into phase 2 and was able to be killed.

We are so relieved but honestly this needs to be publicly addressed and fixed. This is one of the highest cost pinnacle boss fights in the game and the fact that it hasnt been addressed is disheartening. I am going to bump this thread until I die and we get an official response.

Bumping everyday till this gets addressed. Its egregious to have such a highly reported, high cost thing like this be so chronically bugged with zero recognition from devs. Very out of character for this company.
