More and MORE Bugs...AGAIN

I can no longer even play the game because there's this weird, random bug that doesn't let me see exactly what items drop or even be able to pick them up anymore. I know items have dropped because I can hear the sound and visually see the item(s) but there are no names or descriptions show up and obviously there is no option to retrieve said items... I have lost out on multiple items now on multiple maps and nothing I do has fixed this issue. Tired of always having issues with this game on console, no one cares to even fix anything as there are always issues that never get resolved. Things barely ever work properly and now I can't play period. Wasted so much time and money on this cash grab.
