Bricked characeter/account?

Was playing Trial of Chaos and disconnected a few rounds in. No biggie, I try relog and am met with 20k ping and unable to do anything beyond a single movement before I completely freeze or disconnect again. I can relog sometimes but also get the failed to connect to instance. Even if I can relog half the attempts, I can't do a thing on most of my chars but for some reason my infernalist is fine and can do anything no problem. Both my invoker and chronomancer are bricked. I managed to get the chronomancer (the one this started on) out of toc and into the refuge by relogging 20x but this didnt fix the issue.

I am on steam client, tried restarting, different servers, my internet and hardware are fine as are my other chars. What the heck just happened?
