Broken Ascendancies - Bricked Character?

Hello,
i had a few 3rd ascendancy djinns. Tried one but failed. Saw someone selling 4th ascendancies and joined. Clicked the statue at the end but didn't get any points, the other people in the group seemed to have gotten them. Now my 3rd ascendancy djinns say they won't reward any points anymore. Someone from the discord offered to carry me again but it was entirely broken for me (See video).
Since the other djinns now say i won't receive any passive points i am worried, that my monk is "bricked".

Has anyone encountered this problem?

Depending on your character level, you may not be high enough to have gotten the 4th ascendancy. Do you have 6 ascendancy points, or only 4?

I'm now level 74 with 4 ascendancy points
