Stuck in trial of chaos

I killed the chimera bosss in the 10th trial. Now the doors won't open so i can't leave and get my reward. I also can't portal out since "portals are disabled in this area"
I think something happened when i blinked into the room, because afterwards when the doors wouldn't open i figured i'd try and exit from the entrance of the first room, i then noticed that the trialmaster appeared, which he usually does before you kill the boss. The "Trialmaster's Challange" text also still says "Enter the Challenge Area" after i already killed the boss. I also can't exit through the back and go through the entrance, by backtracking through previous rooms. Nothing i can do and at the moment i am completly unable to play my character.

Solved it be simply logging out, but the rewards were lost.

They need to fix this - people are going to play classes that can blink or jump etc. - the same has just happened to me on my Warrior after I jumped past the part where the Trialmaster spawns and subsequently into the Challenge Area, and now my character is stuck in the arena before the monsters have spawned and I can't get out from either side or by making a portal to town, as it thinks I'm locked in the encounter. Make it possible to go back up to the starting platform so we can try to "force" start the area again.
