Aiming got worse [PS5]

Standing away from a mob boss. Say 5m. Some small bug crawles into the screen. Instead of shooting the strong enemy near me, suddenly the harmless one gets focus. I switch it back manually shoot the boss. Let the aim stick go and the small one becomes focus again.
So 2 of 10 grenades for the boss, 8 for something i sometimes don't even see because it's far away.
Before the last patch aiming was great.
