PO2 RANDOM DEATHS

I have been playing poe2 for about a month now and as i continue to progress through the endgame mapping, i find myself dying out of nowhere even if theres no enemy close by. i have 75 percent on all of my resistances and is immune to chaos. i have about 5695 shield and still randomly get one shot... its really making progressing in this game hard since in higher levels you gain a little bit of exp and lose a lot when you die... i dont know if this is a bug or not but its really frustrating
