Minions still getting stuck in Patch 0.1.1c

"Minions can now briefly squeeze through smaller gaps if they've failed to move for a short period."

How long is the short period, because minions are getting stuck in the Crypt map and not moving at all even after 14 or 15 seconds of being stuck together in a pack.
