3rd Sekhemas Trial Boss Stuck Behind Door

Helping my friend with the 3rd ascendancy trial and the 3rd boss just jumped behind the door and got stuck. After the first couple of hits it dove underground and then popped back up behind the door where we were unable to hit it and it wouldn't move or attack.
